Your E-ticket
- E-tickets will be dispatched via E-mail once order and payment has been received (usually within 24 hours).
- The tickets are in PDF format which can be easily printed (other formats available on request).
- Please check your Spam filter before contacting support about a missing E-ticket.
E-tickets ordered on day of event
- If your e-ticket does not arrive before the event, you may still gain entry with your e-mail address and order number and a valid form of id (credit/debit card, passport or drivers license).

Refunds
Refunds will always be issued for event cancellations and administrative errors. No refunds will be issued for cancelled tickets or non-attendance. All other refunds are at the discretion of JMS Concerts.
