E-tickets will be dispatched via E-mail once order and payment has been received (usually within 24 hours).
The tickets are in PDF format which can be easily printed (other formats available on request).
E-tickets ordered on day of event
If your e-ticket does not arrive before the event, you may still gain entry with your e-mail address and order number and a valid form of id (credit/debit card, passport or drivers license).
Lost E-tickets
In the event of ticket loss you may email us to request another or follow the instructions above for tickets ordered on day of event. We will however take note in case of duplicate tickets.
